Problem faced by GDS BPMs while operating the RICT Machine regarding - DOP Order No.10-10/2018-DARPAN dated 31/10/2018.

Problems faced by GDS BPMS while operating the RICT machines

Technology Revolution brings GDS on Roads and Hills.

Is there any organisation or employees to do the work in these circumstances?

Only Gramin Dak Sevaks working in Postal Department.

But , as per Conduct&Engagement Rules, 2011 Rule 3A(i) , they are not allowed to perform their duty beyond 5 hours.

Accordingly wages were paid to those GDS on Time Related Continuity Allowance.

Simply says , they are not Central Government Employees and not part time/contractual employees.

This type of system not existing in any Government Organisation .

But Govt.of India proudly announce in Parliament " we serve the rural India through 1.3 lakh branch post offices".

These people are not getting any Common Man facilities which were enjoyed by the people in their respective States.

For example:

a) They are not allowed to get White Ration Card

b) They are not applicable to fees re-embursement ( engineeting and proffessional courses)

c) They are not eligible to Housing Schemes as announced by the State Governments.

d) They are also not considered for old age pension after 65 years which were disbursed by the respective BPM upto his retirement.

Why because

State Government Revenue authorities treated them as Central Government Employees.

This is the fate of GDS.

We are committed to amend GDS Conduct & Engagement Rules, 2011.

Connection Procedure for RICT Device with Projector @ WCTC -DARPAN Training

Step by step process to show RICT device's screen through Projector @ WCTC or

Divisional office or any other place (where both System and Device can be connected inthe same LAN through Ethernet cables:

Softwares to be installed in the System/Laptop:

1) Putty
2) VNC Viewer

● Both application installation files are readily made available in the same Google drive folder in which this document is available

● Install both softwares in Desktop/Laptop to which RICT Device is proposed to be connected.

Steps:

1. Connect an Ethernet cable​ /Patch cable of LAN in RICT Device
2. Setup the same IP ​(or ​any IP from the IP range of that LAN) in the connected RICT

Device

(Go to navigation bar in home screen of RICT device >> Network settings >> Enter 6 digit PIN of that Device >> Enter IP address of that LAN as above, Subnet mask & Default gateway of that existing LAN setup used in other systems >> Submit >> Confirm) 

3) In System/Laptop​, type ​Putty​ in RUN >> Enter IP of the device >> Press Enter

4) Click “Yes” button in the next dialogue box appearing

5) In the command prompt,

Type ​root​ against “Login as” option
Press “Enter”
Enter root password ​(alpha numeric​) of the device (to be obtained from RSI vendor)
Press “Enter”
Type ​cd​<space>​/usr/bin​ and press “Enter”
Type ​iptables​<space>​--flush​ and press “Enter”
Type ​x11vnc​ and press “Enter”

6) Open “​VNC Viewer​” software

Enter IP ​of the device.
Press “Enter”

7) Screen of the RICT device is displayed in the System/Laptop which in turn automatically projected through Projector. Adjust the settings in VNC viewer to get clear image with blank background.

8) You can now start controlling the device using system keyboard and mouse.

கடலுார் : கடலுார் மற்றும் விருத்தாசலம் கோட்டத்திற்குட்பட்ட 654 கிராமப்புற கிளை தபால் நிலையங்களில் தபால் சேவையை விரைந்து வழங்கும் வகையில் ஓரிரு மாதங்களில் கையடக்க மின்னணு கருவி பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொண்டு வரப்பட உள்ளது.

கடலுார் மற்றும் விருத்தாசலம் கோட்டத்தில் 5 தலைமை தபால் நிலையங்கள், 121 துணை தபால் நிலையங்கள், 654 கிராமப்புற கிளை தபால் நிலையங்கள் உள்ளன. கிராமப்புற கிளை தபால் நிலையங்களில் தினமும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் செல்வ மகள் சேமிப்பு திட்டத்தில் பணம் செலுத்துவது, அஞ்சல் ஆயுள் காப்பீடு திட்டத்தில் பணம் செலுத்துவது, சிறுசேமிப்பு திட்டத்தில் பணம் செலுத்துவது, எடுப்பது உள்ளிட்ட விபரங்கள், துணை தபால் நிலையங்களில் கணினியில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.

இதற்காக, கிளை தபால் நிலைய ஊழியர்கள் தினசரி பரிவர்த்தனை தொடர்பான விபரங்களை தங்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள துணை தபால் நிலையங்களுக்கு சென்று வழங்குவது வழக்கம். இதனால், ஊழியர்களுக்கு கூடுதல் பணிச்சுமை ஏற்படுவதுடன், நேரமும் விரயமாகிறது.வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு அஞ்சல் சேவை கிடைப்பதிலும் தாமதம் ஏற்படுகிறது. இதனைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு கிளை தபால் நிலையங்களில் டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கல் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், ஊழியர்களுக்கு சுவைப் மிஷன் வடிவில் கையடக்க மின்னணு கருவி வழங்க இந்திய அஞ்சல் துறை திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.

கடலுார் மற்றும் விருத்தாசலம் கோட்டத்தில் இந்த கருவி கொண்டு வருவதற்கான ஆயத்தப் பணிகள் துவங்கியுள்ளது. முதல்கட்டமாக, மின்னணு கருவி வைக்க பயன்படுத்தப்படும் பாக்ஸ் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதுகுறித்து தபால் துறை அதிகாரி ஒருவர் கூறுகையில், 'கடலுார் மற்றும் விருத்தாசலம் கோட்டத்திற்குட்பட்ட கிராமப்புற கிளை தபால் நிலையங்களில் கையடக்க மின்னணு கருவி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. இதன் மூலமாக, கிராமப்புற தபால் நிலைய ஊழியர்கள், துணை தபால் நிலையங்களுக்கு சென்று தினசரி அஞ்சல் பரிவர்த்தனை தொடர்பான விபரங்களை அளிப்பது தவிர்க்கப்படும்.

மாறாக அவர்களே, மின்னணு கருவியில் பரிவர்த்தனை விபரங்களை பதிவேற்றம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம். இதனால், வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கும் அஞ்சல் சேவையை விரைவாக வழங்க முடியும். கருவியை பயன்படுத்துவது குறித்து ஊழியர்களுக்கு விரைவில் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட உள்ளது. இத்திட்டம் ஓரிரு மாதங்களில் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொண்டு வர திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது' என்றார்.

Rural ICT BO Device Installation and Operation Training for BPM GDS

Higher value withdrawal approval of RICT BO A/c's in Finacle

Higher value withdrawal approval of RICT BO A/c’s in Finacle:

1--Invoke EXCW menu

2--Select Function as MODIFY

3--Enter A/c Number

4--Click on Search mirror in the field of REQUEST ID

5--Select the request Id and make sure that the amount shown is as is in SB-7 form

6--Click on GO

7--Check and verify Sign using F9 or Signature icon.

8--After satisfy with sign, select APPROVE/REJECT in ACTION field drop down list.
