GDS - Gramin Dak Sevak.
A backbone to the Department of Posts, the Department actually depends the GDS directly for procuring Accounts and Policy.
Already they are working for DOP without getting extra benefits. They will pull to work for IPPB in addition to DOP work without changing the salary structure. IPPB announced incentives for procuring account but this incentive is not fixed one on subject change.
So, We/Union shows strong objection to DOP/IPPB to avoid additional workload and money.
We are already loosing our part salary for opening account and procuring policies. Now, IPPB will ready to eat out remaining part of salary/our soul .
BE AWARE!!! WE NEED REVISED SALARY FOR ADDITIONAL WORK AND WE NEED NOT AN INCENTIVE!!!
